When you purchase a photo or video clip from the Prime Property Media Stock Store, you are buying a license to use that content — not the content itself. Prime Property Media retains full ownership and copyright of every photo and clip. This page explains what your license lets you do, and what it does not.

1. Your license

On completed purchase and payment, Prime Property Media grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the purchased content for the following purposes:

• Marketing your own real estate listings — MLS, listing websites, social media, email, print flyers, and paid advertising for properties you represent.
• Promoting your own real estate business or personal brand — your website, social channels, portfolio, and advertising.
• Editing the content — cropping, resizing, color adjustment, and combining it with your own materials — for the permitted uses above.

The license is tied to the purchaser. It covers your use, for your business.

2. What you may not do

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or give away the files, in whole or in part, in their original or lightly modified form.
• Include the content in any product or service you sell or deliver to a third party. For example, a photography, videography, media, or marketing business may not purchase this content and incorporate it into work produced for its own clients.
• Make the content available as part of another stock library, template, or content collection.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the content, or register it (or any derivative) for copyright or trademark.
• Use the content in any unlawful, defamatory, or misleading way, or in a manner that implies Prime Property Media endorses you, your listing, or any third party.

In short: use it for your own listings and your own brand — not to resell, and not as raw material inside services you sell to someone else.

3. No exclusivity

All content is licensed non-exclusively. The same photo or clip may be licensed to other buyers, including other real estate professionals in your market. If you require exclusive rights to specific content, that is available only by separate written agreement with Prime Property Media and is not granted through a standard store purchase.

4. Previews and delivery

Watermarked previews shown on the store are for browsing and selection only and may not be downloaded, screen-captured, or used for any purpose. Full-resolution files are delivered only after purchase, through a secure, time-limited download link (and by email). Please download your files promptly.

5. Payment and refunds

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and charged at checkout through our payment processor. Because purchases are digital files delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once a download link has been issued. If you experience a technical problem downloading your files, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Releases and responsible use

Content may depict real properties, communities, landmarks, and, incidentally, people or vehicles. Unless expressly stated in writing, no model or property releases are provided. You are responsible for ensuring your particular use is lawful and appropriately cleared — for example, you should not use community or property imagery in a way that falsely implies a listing, affiliation, or endorsement.

7. Ownership and copyright

Prime Property Media, LLC owns all rights, title, and interest in the content, including copyright. Nothing in this license transfers ownership. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

8. Limitation of liability

Content is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Property Media's total liability arising from your purchase or use of any content is limited to the amount you paid for that content. Prime Property Media is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the content. Prime Property Media may pursue any remedies available for misuse of its content.

10. Changes and contact
